Étoile Blue Hair Extensions FAQ

1. How many bundles do I need for a full hair?

To achieve a full hair look, our stylist recommends 3 bundles for 14” or shorter and 4  bundles for 16” and over.

2. Where do you source your hair?

Our hair is sourced from communities in India and South East Asian Countries and is 100% virgin human hair. The kinky textures, however, has been steam processed to achieve its texture (as an African woman, who lived on the continent for several years, I never saw  a woman with long natural kinky hair who was willing to cut it off :)). 

3. Can I straighten the kinky textures?

Yes, you can. However, applying heat to the extension will alter the curl pattern.

4. Can I pre-order a texture or length that is not currently listed in your online store ?

Yes, you can. Please email info@etoileblue.com 

5.Can I dye Étoile Blue hair extension?

Yes. Our hair extensions are made from human hair; as such hair dyes work very well with our hair. However, as with natural hair, applying chemicals may alter the natural texture of the hair extension. We highly recommend that you utilize a professional hair stylist to dye your bundles. 

6. How long does Étoile Blue hair extensions last?

The lifespan of Étoile Blue hair extensions depend on how you take care of the hair. With proper care Étoile Blue hair extensions can last over 12 months.

7.Does Étoile Blue hair shed?

All hair naturally sheds, as such; there is no such thing as hair that does not shed. Nonetheless, Étoile Blue has taken extra steps to ensure that our hair minimally sheds. Nonetheless, we recommend you seal your wefts.  For those purchasing Étoile Blue’s Indian hair, you may not need to seal the wefts as the wefts are already sealed.

Note that like any natural kinky hair, you may experience a bit of shedding and tangling with the kinky textures, as such, we recommend that you care for the kinky hair just as you would care for your real hair. We also advice that you seal your wefts before installing the hair.

Étoile Blue Eyelash FAQ

1.Why should I choose Étoile Blue eyelashes?

Étoile Blue’s handcrafted eyelashes are natural looking lightweight, fluffy, and durable (they can be worn up to 25 times).  Our lashes are made from 100% sterilized mink lashes collected during the shedding season of cage-free minks and have not undergone any chemical processing.

2. How many times can I wear Étoile Blue eyelashes?

Étoile Blue eyelashes can be worn up to 25 times with proper care.

3.Can I curl my Étoile Blue eyelashes?

Yes you can. Étoile Blue eyelashes are designed to hold curls.

4.Can I apply mascara to my Étoile Blue eyelashes?

No. Do not apply mascara to your Étoile Blue eyelashes as this can damage the quality of the eyelashes and drastically reduce the life cycle of your lashes.

5.Can I soak my Étoile Blue eyelashes?

Do not soak your Étoile Blue eyelashes in any form of liquid as this may make your lashes extremely tender and ruin the curls. Also, avoid swimming with your mink eyelashes.

General FAQ

1.Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order 2 hours immediately after purchase. Once we begin processing orders, such orders can no longer be canceled.

 

2.I understand that you deliver hair within the UK and USA, do you deliver to other countries?

Yes, we do. We ship to other countries such as France, Kenya, Canada, Ghana, Senegal, Togo, etc.

3. Do you sell exclusively online?

We sell majority of our products online.

4. There seems to be a delay in shipping, what do I do?

Étoile Blue has no control over the shipment after products have been shipped.

5.I provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, what do I do?

Please make sure that you enter your address correctly. If any product is returned to us, you will be required to pay for shipping and a 30% restocking fee. All sales are final.
