Shipping and Return Policy

Option 1: Regular Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Regular Shipping Rate: We offer free UK and US shipping on all purchases over $290 and a flat rate shipping to all other countries in Europe, Africa and the Americas at the rate of $25.

Order Processing Time: Please allow 4-5 business days (Monday to Friday) for processing all orders (we do not process on weekends and during the holidays. Please also note that our processing time does not include shipping time).

Delivery Time: All UK and US orders will be delivered within 3-4 business days after processing (if the UPS option is selected) and all orders that are processed to be delivered via free shipping will be delivered between 7-12 business days. All international orders orders will be delivered between 7-15 business days after processing (free shipping option).

During the holidays and sales, we may require additional time for processing orders and the third party postal service may require additional time for shipping.

Customs: Please note that international shipping maybe delayed by customs and that we are not responsible for such delays, duty fees, customs fees, or any other fees. We will not reimburse you for duty fees, custom fees or any other fees or charges. If you fail to pay the applicable custom fees, duty fees,  taxes or any other fees and your items get returned to us, we will charge a 30% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.

Option 2: Express Shipping*

We offer express international shipping at a flat rate of $49. Delivery will be made within 3-5 business days after processing (see our processing time above). Please note that we are not responsible and cannot be held responsible for any custom delays, custom fees, duties, taxes or any other charges. 

*Please note that we do not offer expedited processing so the regular processing time still applies.

Generally, once we have handed your orders to the post office, we are not responsible for custom delays, delayed deliveries, lost or stolen items, deliveries to wrong addresses. You are responsible for ensuring that you have provided us with your correct email and mailing address.

To protect your credit card or debit card from fraudulent use, we can only ship to the billing address of a credit/debit card or your PayPal address. Any purchases with mismatched billing and shipping address will not be shipped and all monies will be refunded.

Return Policy:

We care about our customer’s health and, therefore, do not accept returned hair extensions and eyelashes.  As such, all sales are final.
